Business Development Representative Opportunity
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy—helping us connect with organizations ready to unlock smarter, data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building initial relationships, and setting the stage for strategic conversations between prospects and our Account Executives (AE).

What You'll Do:

Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media, etc.)

Build new business relationships across target industries and verticals

Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for our AEs.

Collaborate with Sales Consultants and leadership to refine your skills and messaging

Research industry trends to identify emerging opportunities

Develop a strong understanding of Bear Cognition’s products, value proposition, and differentiators
What You Bring:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Prior sales development or prospecting experience preferred

Strong communication skills and foundational business acumen

High level of initiative, self-motivation, and coachability

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems

Strategic thinker with a desire to grow within a sales career path

Ability to thrive in a hybrid Inside Sales environment
