National Postal Forum 2026: Forging Bold Horizons
Each year, the National Postal Forum (NPF) brings together the people, companies, and ideas that shape the mailing and shipping industry and 2026 is no different.

Each year, the National Postal Forum (NPF) brings together the people, companies, and ideas that shape the mailing and shipping industry and 2026 is no different.
Held May 3–6, 2026 at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, this year’s event is centered around the theme “Forging Bold Horizons.” Over four days, the forum combines education, networking, and a large-scale exhibit hall into one of the most important industry gatherings of the year.
The NPF is unique in that it operates in close partnership with the United States Postal Service, making it the only event where attendees get direct access to USPS leadership alongside the broader ecosystem of mailing and shipping professionals.
Attendance typically includes more than 4,000 professionals, from major mailers and logistics providers to technology vendors and USPS representatives. A large percentage of attendees are decision-makers or influencers, representing industries like banking, insurance, publishing, utilities, and transportation.
The event itself is built around:
100+ educational sessions and workshops focused on operations, data, and innovation
Direct engagement with USPS executives and leadership
A massive exhibit hall with 170+ companies showcasing tools, technologies, and services
Networking opportunities with peers across the mailing and shipping supply chain
In short, it’s where the industry goes to understand what’s changing and what’s coming next.
Why Bear Cognition Is Exhibiting
This year, Bear Cognition will be on the exhibit floor and for us, that’s intentional.
The National Postal Forum isn’t just another conference. It’s one of the few environments where you can have real conversations with the people actually responsible for running complex mailing and logistics operations. These are teams dealing with fragmented data, constant operational pressure, and the need to make fast, high-stakes decisions every day.
That’s exactly where our focus is.
We’re exhibiting to show how systems like Constellation One can help bring clarity and structure to that complexity. Whether it’s improving visibility across operations, reducing manual effort, or simply helping teams move faster without adding more chaos, the goal is straightforward: make the day-to-day work easier and more effective.
But just as important, we’re there to listen.
NPF brings together a unique cross-section of the industry, from USPS leadership, suppliers, and operators, all in one place. It’s an opportunity to better understand where challenges are evolving, where expectations are rising, and where technology actually needs to deliver real value.
If you’re attending, we’d love to talk. You can find us at Booth #338. Hope to see you there!
