Technical Writing Intern overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writing Intern at BC. The intern will work across our technical engineering team to create clear and comprehensive documentation for our products and processes. The internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of technical communication and exposure to a SaaS company environment.
*Please note that interns must be local and will work in the Charleston office
What you'll do:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information.

Create user-friendly and well-structured technical documentation.

Proofread and edit existing documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards.

Assist in maintaining and updating documentation as products/services evolve.
What we are looking for:

3rd year undergrad or later in degree program

Prior experience in technical writing, through coursework and projects

Strong written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail

Strong organizational and time-management skills
