Being a part of Bear Cognition is all about finding success and fun in everything we do.  If you’re not succeeding you’re not going to enjoy what you’re doing and if you aren’t enjoying what you’re doing you won’t succeed.  Our employees receive the training and support they need to grow in their professions.  They are also surrounded by teammates that share a common foundation and drive, even among our different departments, organizational levels, backgrounds and personalities.  This is also a big reason we have such a great time together.  Our days are full of laughing, joking, high fiving and celebrating one another.  This familial feel extends beyond the office, with happy hours, volunteer events and even days at the beach.
