Account Executive

Business to business software sales. 



Our Account Executive position is ideal for anyone looking to start a new sales career with an innovative technology and solutions provider with long term growth potential. Our AE's are engaging with different levels within organizations to identify/develop leads and engage with owners and c-suite individuals, communicating the value that our analytics offerings bring to companies. They also conduct full business meetings, taking a consultative approach, to learn about a business’ needs and demonstrate how BC can meet them. Ultimately, our Account Executives are helping to improve organizations through advanced analytics capabilities. 


Upon joining Bear Cognition, our Account Executives are enrolled in our Advisor Training program to jumpstart their career trajectory within our organization. We provide formalized training and support while having the opportunity to quickly begin building a customer base. The normal career path for an Account Executive is to progress to a Business Analyst sales role, becoming more specialized in one of our Industry, Function, or Product areas. 





  • Bachelor's Degree (REQUIRED) 

  • High energy, with passion for your personal brand and that of the organization 

  • A strong desire to succeed in sales & business 

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment 

  • Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills, whose attention to detail will drive profitability 

  • Ability to think strategically about personal impact to long-term business strategy 

  • Effective communicator with a strong business acumen 

  • Past experience in formal leadership positions within social or professional organizations 

  • Ability to operate successfully in a hybrid Inside Sales environment
